Yep. There's a button at the Top Right of the Keyboard that should say something like - PRTSC SYSRQ.
Just press that and then open a program (Paint or whatever) and go Paste.

I used this picture (http://private.practice.free.fr/Galerie/displayimage.php?album=random&cat=11&pos=-14063) which didn't have the ABC stuff on it and I just used the eyedropper feature to take the background color & make it fill the 1024x768 area. That's pretty much it!
