It's back!

All I am gonna say for now is that I really enjoyed this episode, thought it was very well done and helped tie up some loose ends re Violet/Pete and that whole mess. Looking forward to reading what you guys think of it :)

Okay. I absolutely mother fucking loved this episode. I am way too excited to filter my language so sorry in advance.

I don't give a flying frak what anyone says. I jumped on the Violet/Pete ship late last season and I am so on it! I absolutely loved the Pete/Violet flashbacks. It made me love them even more.

On the subject of flashbacks, the way they transitioned into them was absolutely amazing and very unique. The flashbacks were all really cool. It's so neat to learn about how these friendships that we have come to know were formed. I loved it!

Addison was fucking fantastic! The surgery and the fighting with Naomi and the tears! The tears! I know she wasn't in the epi much but what she was in made up for it.

I don't even know what else to say. Dell is amazing and I want to marry him, Cooper is such a great best friend and I love him so much, Katie is insane, and that actress is amazing, the baby was adorable...

Oh yeah and even though I knew what was going to happen to Violet I was still spazzing out and gasping and freaking out! Seriously the epi was very on the edge of your seat suspenseful.

I just loved this whole episode. Loved loved loved.

I had low expectations, but I loved it! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

The flashbacks were well done. The wigs were hilarious though. I always wanted to know how the practice came about and how they met, now I know more. It was nice to get more of Pete's backstory. I understand him a little bit more now.

Addison rocking the OR were my favorite parts. I love seeing her kicking ass and taking names. The Addie/Naomi scene has to be my favorite scene ever on PrP. Kate Walsh was amazing as well as Audra. I love how Naomi held her hand at the end. Their friendship is my favorite part of this show.

I kinda love Sheldon for the little bit of humor he provided.

I loved the episode! I was so curious and anxious about it that I couldnt even wait till the subtitles come out!

I loved everything. It was so adorable the mom view of Violet! I dont like the Violet/Pete couple, I dont know, I dont feel a love connection there, but even so I loved everything related to them. I see them like a friendly relationship... anyway, I think it can work.

The Addison's part... amazing! The Nai/Addie fighting and what she told to Nai. And the tears part.... I love when she cries. She does it so well! It was so cute when Nai noticed her emotion and relief!

About the others, Cooper was the cutest! I love him even when I hated his decision to move in with Violet lol It was a real proof of his friendship when he chose to do the surgery, even when he knew it could mean Violet's death, just because he knew she would want it. Come on, who would choose the doubt just to see your friend happy, when you know that his life is in the line? Like human, we're kind selfish lol He's the best! Love him so much!!!

Ok, I talked enough lol
Just saying again: LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I am rewatching it right now and basically... everything that Brit said I agree with! It was fucking amazing and OMG I love Kate even more now. And I really loved Violet in the flashbacks... she's never been a favourite character of mine, but I really loved her this episode. And I loved Pete in the flashbacks!

Everyone was just amazing this episode!

I tend to be very 'all characters are important and I love them all dearly' - but damn!, Kate really rocked this one for me! That had very little to do with the others and a lot with Addison. I agree, that scene with Nae is going straight to the top of my alltime favourite list. I mean you're waiting for it to happen, you know her well enough by now, but I just can't get enough of the all the fierceness and kicking ass, and then the inevitable falling apart.

And yeah, pretty much everything Britt said =)

Must admitt I also enjoyed Sheldon still hanging around, and to have his position as no longer part of anything but still just as much emotionally involved as yesterday worked out a bit. He doesn't fit in much, but he kind of endears me.

Overall: love!

Just not used to the lack of couch and tea and evening yet. Confident I'll get there though.

I've always liked Violet, for the most part, but it is kinda weird seeing her in a relationship besides her friendship with Cooper, because she hasn't really had a real in-depth one on the show, except for that whole thing with Allen at the very beginning of the series.

But how amazing was the make-up artist who worked on Violet. Her eyes especially. She looked dead-dead.

I liked how the flashbacks were done, how they showed a bit, cut back to reality, showed a bit, etc. I thought it made a great transition between the scenes by reflecting on both moments and making it obvious what we were seeing was either past or present.

I'm happy that they managed to get all the characters some time in this episode, like Charlotte and Dell and Betsy, without it seeming overcrowded or shoved in. It flowed along really well.

"She's a real bitch that way" - Charlotte

And yeah, despite knowing what was gonna happen, I was still on the edge of my seat. And very angry when my computer spontaneously shut down on me with 7 minutes left of the episode!!!! I ran to my brothers and re-loaded the whole thing again! The ending was perfect and so sweet.

And on another note: Holy Hat Naomi in the flashback funeral scenes!

I loved the episode, more than I think I would. It just seemed kind of short, it was over so fast :p

I loved the flashbacks and how they did them, it's great that we got to know more about the beginning of the practice, their friendships.
The most amazing scene was IMO the Addie/Naomi one in front of Violet's room. It nearly made me cry. That was so sad and cute and just amazing at the same time. I freaking love them together.
Cooper and Dell were amazing too, but I'm still not into Violet/Pete, not at all.

Oh, how I missed Charlotte and Cooper :) Pete and Sheldon, blah. Didn't like the flashbacks that much. Loved the Addie scenes with kick as surgeon and emotinal breakdown but still for my taste not enough Addie in the whole episode. Way too much Violet and Pete which bored me that much that I checked on other sites while watching it. Loved the Addie and Nae scenes and ecspecially the last one where Nae grabs Addie's hand
But altoghether the episode is not one of my favs.

I loved the episode. It was so good that I actually liked Pete and Violet who I normally hate. The acting by the entire cast was fantastic, it made me remember that Amy and Tim are actually really good actors. Sheldon cracked me up with his "wear a condom, tell your friends line" The Addie/Naomi scene was one of the best ever.

Let me just say Kate is a super amazing actress!!!! SHE NEEDS AN EMMY! just for that fight scene!

Agree with Brit! I loved all of Kate's scenes and she rocked the surgery! I like Audra's acting also! The panic when Addie left Nae alone was so awesome!

I doubt I'll ever be able to get over this epi!!! KICK ASS!!!

Not a favourite episode, found the first half boring, & only really got interested when Katie & the baby showed up.

But the highlight was definitely the Addie/Naomi scene :)

Addie/Naomi scene was the best ever, I totally agree.
Made me realize how fucking amazing of an actress Kate is. I love her so much! (:
All the surgeries were awesome.
& I'm warming up to this Vi/Pete thing. It's cute.

One word: AMAZING.
The Addie/Nai scenes great, and the last scene too, for the first time I was emotional for a PP episode, hope it will be good the next episode too :).

What an amazing episode!!! Totally loved it.

Took a little time to get all the drama established but once that was done the epi was mindblowing. All characters had their stories continued which was great.

Absolutely loved the flashbacks. And now I actually can see the Pete/Violet thing as possible storyline. They were kinda unconvincing and random last season but with the background story and the drama from the epi I think I give them a chance :)

The Addie Naomi scene was beyond greatness, really! I literally had tears in my eyes watching it and believe me this is a rare thing!

Right now I'm super excited for the new season cause I liked all the chgaracters and this epi and I think this season could be great with good storylines for everybody.

All in all: MAJOR YAY!!! :D

Best episode of PrP ever. I always love the show, but this episode was just amazing!

So good to see Addie again. I loved seeing her be the amazing surgeon that she is & saving both Violet & the baby. You could see how much pressure she was under but she kept it together enough to save them both.

The Addie & Naomi scene made me cry so much. Amazing acting from Kate & Audra. I love their friendship & when Naomi kept telling Addie she wasn't alone & would never leave her, gah my heart broke. Favourite scene from the episode & possibly from all the episodes we've seen so far.

I thought the way they transitioned to the flashbacks was really unique & I can understand Pete as a character alot better now. Also his relationship with Violet makes so much more sense. I kinda like them together now.

Loved the ending scene when Pete handed the baby to Violet & Naomi held Addie's hand. I teared up again.

Also I'm so happy Dell has got Betsey back. Will be interesting to see him cope with being a single father this season.

I absolutely loved that episode ! It was a wonderful one. A lot of suspens all the time. In the last episode of the previous season, there was a lot of things which were happening and things start just from that moment in the new season which is fascinating.
It's good for violet to still be alive and anyway, she couldn't have died, that was impossible.
I'm thrilled concerning that baby story 'cause I've never imagined that he would be found so easily and I even thought he would be dead. Fortunately, I was wrong.

A scene which I consider as my favourite one was that "fight" between Addison and Naomi, when they had an argument. When Addie was telling how she was scared of death, that she failed in a lot of relationships but the one hign she was good at was surgery, that Naomi gave up on her first when she left the practice, when Nai' left her alone as she quit... And when Addie was saying that Violet and the baby were " her people " and that she did'nt want to lose them etc...
It was an amazing scene, very well "acted" by both Kate and Audra. It was touching and it was ...WOUAW, plus the music at this moment ( You will know what to do by Home Video ), it was perfect ! An emotional and strong scene.
Although, the final scene when Violet wakes up in the room with everybody around her, and that she's wondering were the baby is etc... seeing tears and relief in people eyes was a really beautiful and emotional moment again. The music was perfect as well : " Mmm " By Laura Izibor ( song that I already had on my MP3 )

I can't wait to see what's next ! And that cat thing for Kate and when Bailey will come...
I'm wondering who's the father ... (Sheldon or Pete ), and i'm looking forward to see the people stories in general, how addison will handle the thing concerning Noah etc...and professional issues they'll have to face ( domestic violence etc... ) that's very interesting !

Sooo... yes, I agree the 'fight' scene between Addison and Noami was amazing. BUTTT that was probably the only thing I liked from the entire episode.
All we saw was surgery and the flashbacks and they did disappoint me. I've been wanting flashbacks FOREVER but not of that! I found it incredibly boring. I'd love to have seen flashbacks of Addi/Derek/Mark/Sam/Noami etc. in medical school or something.

And what the hell ever happened to Noah and his wife? I mean come on. PLEASE finish a storyline for once (and then properly) before you start on something else.
I actually didn't believe the whole Pete caring so much for Violet and stuff. They show us the flashbacks of their history where they meet and grow towards each other and stuff but it showed us nothing new. It just didn't feel right. Pete wanting to see Violet and having to be held back and stuff, it all came off sooo forced.

Now I'm probably the only one (reading all your comments) but I hated this episode and think it has been the most boring one so far. I really hope this wasn't a preview for the rest of the season.

Haha that was the end of my rant, for now :D

I loved, loved, loved this ep. Best one of Private Practice so far and I'm not going to lie I enjoyed all the characters in it. Including Pete for once. I'm a bit late to the party here and I saw it a while ago so I'm not going to go into a full review. But lets hope they keep it up.
